We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any updated terms will apply from the date they are published and will not retroactively change the terms applicable to an order already completed, except where required by law.

2. Orders

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging that we have received your order. This confirmation does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.

We may decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of:

• Product unavailability
• Payment authorization issues
• Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity
• An obvious pricing or product information error
• Violation of these Terms & Conditions

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated.

Shipping charges, taxes, duties, or other applicable charges will be shown or described before checkout where applicable.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product prices and other information are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur.

If we identify an obvious pricing error before an order has been fulfilled, we may contact you to confirm the correct price or cancel the affected order and issue a refund, where permitted by applicable law.

4. Products

We make reasonable efforts to display product photographs, descriptions, materials, measurements, colors, and finishes as accurately as possible.

Actual appearance may vary slightly due to:

• Screen and display settings
• Lighting conditions
• Photography
• Natural or manufacturing variations

Any material variation will not affect your statutory rights where a product is defective, materially different from its description, or otherwise fails to meet applicable legal requirements.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed and shipped in accordance with our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates and shipping times shown on our website are estimates unless we expressly state otherwise.

Delivery may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier disruptions, customs processing, severe weather, or other logistical issues.

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

6. Order Changes & Cancellations

We begin processing orders as quickly as possible.

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us at support@lassoria.com as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled once processing or fulfillment has begun.

This does not affect any statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights that may apply to you under applicable law.

7. Promotions & Discount Codes

Promotional codes must generally be entered at checkout and cannot be applied retrospectively after an order has been completed.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion:

• Only one promotional code may be used per order
• Promotional offers may not be combined
• Promotional codes have no cash value
• Promotional offers may be subject to additional eligibility requirements or expiration dates

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue future promotions at any time. Changes will not affect orders already completed under a valid promotion.

8. Returns & Refunds

Returns, refunds, exchanges, and return shipping are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Our voluntary return policy is provided in addition to any mandatory consumer rights that may apply to you.

Nothing in our Returns & Refunds Policy or these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or restrict rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

For online consumer purchases, applicable law may provide additional cancellation, withdrawal, repair, replacement, or refund rights. Norwegian distance-selling law, for example, contains mandatory consumer protections that cannot be contracted away to the consumer's disadvantage.

9. Product Defects & Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from its description, please contact us at support@lassoria.com as soon as reasonably possible.

We may request photographs, your order number, or other information necessary to assess the issue.

Where required by applicable law, you may be entitled to remedies such as repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund. Consumer rights relating to faulty goods cannot simply be removed through standard contract terms.

The content available through this website, including trademarks, logos, text, graphics, photographs, product descriptions, designs, and other materials, is either owned by Lassoria, licensed to Lassoria, or used with permission where applicable.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, commercially exploit, or otherwise use protected website content without the appropriate authorization, except as permitted by applicable law.

You agree not to:

• Use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
• Attempt to interfere with the security or operation of the website
• Introduce malicious software or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or accounts

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lassoria will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable as a result of our breach.

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights, product liability rights, or other protections available to you under applicable law.

This wording is safer than your previous blanket cap of liability to the purchase price because consumer terms that improperly restrict remedies or compensation can be considered unfair and unenforceable.

Our collection and use of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

Please review these policies to understand how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information.

14. Third-Party Services

Our website may use or provide access to third-party services, including payment providers, shipping providers, analytics platforms, and other services necessary to operate our store.

These Terms & Conditions and purchases made through Lassoria are governed by the laws of Norway, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

If you are a consumer, nothing in this section is intended to deprive you of any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you under the laws of your country or region and that cannot legally be waived by agreement.

This is a much better formulation than your previous:

governed by the laws of the United States

because the United States does not have one single general contract law governing every consumer transaction, while the seller behind Lassoria is currently based in Norway. Cross-border consumer rules can also prevent a choice-of-law clause from stripping a consumer of mandatory protections that otherwise apply.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
